A highly respected law firm with a well-established team, is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee-Earner. This role involves managing a varied and interesting caseload of Claimant Clinical Negligence work, including Catastrophic Injury and Medical Negligence claims.
Job Title: Clinical Negligence Fee-EarnerLocation: Clifton Moor office (Hybrid/Remote working options available)Position: Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients on a range of catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims, such as spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy cases, fatal accidents, claims against hospitals and other serious injuries
- Excel in delivering expert legal advice through reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, issuing proceedings, instructing Counsel and obtaining witness statements
- Aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for Clients
What The Client is Looking For:
- Solid Personal Injury (PI) background with ideally 3-8’ years of experience, including some Clinical Negligence experience
- Positive, commercial approach to delivering Legal advice
- Ability to quickly fit in with the team and develop strong relationships with Clients
- Superb levels of Client care with an empathetic and understanding approach, especially when working with vulnerable Clients
- Some experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives
