My client is one of the leading legal practices in North Yorkshire. Due to a prolonged period of growth and an influx of instructions there is now an opportunity for a Commercial/Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE or an experienced contracts manager based within commutable distance of my client's Clifton Moor office.The successful candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running in the provision of corporate and commercial legal advice on the following subject matters:
- Commercial Agreements;
- Intellectual Property;
- Regulatory and Statutory compliance;
- Mergers and Acquisitions;
- Restructuring;
- Partnerships; and
- Corporate Governance
This role would be perfect for someone looking for the perfect work-life balance as my client strongly encourages hybrid/remote working. Candidates must, however, live within commutable distance from Clifton Moor or be based close to York as and when client meetings take place in the office.
