Corporate Commercial Solicitor - York
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with an established multi-office practice in York. This is a well-established full-service practice with a strong reputation in the local area.
This opportunity is well suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Corporate Commercial law.
The role
Handling your own caseload of high-calibre corporate transactions including
- Corporate finance
- Financial Services
- Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO
- Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Shareholder Agreements
- Company and LLP Formation and Compliance
- Terms and conditions
- E-commerce
- Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be highly advantageous.

- A clean and current practising certificate.
- Experience in a similar role with at least 3 years PQE
- Previous experience working with high-calibre corporate transactions
