The role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients on varied corporate/commercial matters.THE ROLE: With exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters you will be working with a wide range of clients including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients. Matters include succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.You will also be expected to be involved in business development/networking activities.THE CANDIDATEBe keen to develop a broad transactional skill set.Professional and commercially minded.
