- Our client based just outside York is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to enhance their team.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) handling a diverse caseload.
- Responsibilities will include succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organization, partnerships, and shareholder agreements.
- The role requires an energetic and committed team player who can easily engage with others and demonstrate confidence.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in handling a varied caseload. You will be part of a team and deal with matters to include; Succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisation, partnerships, shareholder agreement, investments and many more.
You will be an energetic, tenacious and a committed team player with the ability to engage easily with people. Confidence will be key in this role as you are given the opportunity to broaden your transactional skills and become more commercially minded.
