A rare opportunity an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm in their York office, with hybrid working.Role OverviewThis is a chance to join an established practice as an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor, handling a diverse range of disputes such as contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial disputes and partnership disputes. Work is available so you don't need to have following. Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- You will need to be technically competent enough to handle representing clients through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution, with minimal supervision.
- Able to work as part of a team and supervise more junior members of the team
- Willingness to get involved in developing the department and client relationships
- Have post qualified experience 3 years+
