Job Role: Employment Solicitor
Location: York (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Role: We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic team at our office in York, providing reliable and practical legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters.
Working alongside the Senior Solicitor in the team, you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, covering a diverse range of employment law issues, including:
- Employment contracts
- Discrimination and harassment claims
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE regulations
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Employment Tribunal representation
- Redundancies and organisational changes
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have a solid background in Employment Law and are qualified to take on a caseload independently
- Thrive in a busy, supportive team environment
- Are committed to providing excellent client care
- Have an interest in contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
- This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
- This role is open to candidates ranging from Newly Qualified to 10+PQE
