Location: York (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Role: We are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic team at our office in York, providing reliable and practical legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters.

Working alongside the Senior Solicitor in the team, you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, covering a diverse range of employment law issues, including:

  • Employment contracts
  • Discrimination and harassment claims
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE regulations
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Employment Tribunal representation
  • Redundancies and organisational changes

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a solid background in Employment Law and are qualified to take on a caseload independently
  • Thrive in a busy, supportive team environment
  • Are committed to providing excellent client care
  • Have an interest in contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
  • This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
  • This role is open to candidates ranging from Newly Qualified to 10+PQE
