Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal advice on a range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Administration, and Tax Returns
- Liaise effectively with Clients, other professionals, and internal colleagues
- Manage an independent caseload efficiently
- Collaborate with a team of experienced and talented Lawyers
- Opportunity to further develop skills and knowledge in Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
- Experience in dealing with Private Client Matters such as Wills, Probate, and Trusts
- Strong Client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage an independent caseload and work collaboratively within a team
