The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record in complex probate matters to manage a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice. The ideal candidate will be confident in navigating intricate legal frameworks, delivering tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of probate, wills, and estate administration matters
- Providing expert legal advice on Wills & Probate Law and procedures
- Delivering exceptional client service and understanding their individual needs
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage a steady workflow
- Operating case management and time recording systems in line with office procedures
- Ensuring full compliance with professional practice rules
- Participating in marketing activities and maintaining relationships with professional referrers
- Undertaking ongoing training and professional development
The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years PQE in probate and estate administration
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills & Probate Law
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
