The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record in complex probate matters to manage a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice. The ideal candidate will be confident in navigating intricate legal frameworks, delivering tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of probate, wills, and estate administration matters
  • Providing expert legal advice on Wills & Probate Law and procedures
  • Delivering exceptional client service and understanding their individual needs
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage a steady workflow
  • Operating case management and time recording systems in line with office procedures
  • Ensuring full compliance with professional practice rules
  • Participating in marketing activities and maintaining relationships with professional referrers
  • Undertaking ongoing training and professional development

The Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years PQE in probate and estate administration
  • Strong technical knowledge of Wills & Probate Law
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
