A well-established law firm in North Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Residential Fee-Earner to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing who can confidently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Conducting title investigations and preparing legal documentation.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (other experienced candidates will be considered).
