Reed are currently working with one of their established York based clients to recruit a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Property transactions and ensure clients consistently receive an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions from start to finish.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England & Wales.
  • Candidates with all levels of PQE will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal tech.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
