Recognised for their innovative products, they have a significant global presence and pride themselves on their commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Description

The Quality Manager will hold a key position on the site's senior leadership team and will:

  • Lead and manage the quality assurance, control, and improvement programmes across site
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures
  • Monitor regulatory activities and factory compliance with regulatory safety standards
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Oversee the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
  • Provide training and support to staff regarding quality management
  • Create and present quality reports to senior management
  • Implement product specification systems and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead site audits

Profile

The successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the FMCG industry (ideally food or similar)
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Collaborative approach and with ability to influence
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in RCA and implementing corrective actions
