- Assist conveyancers with the preparation and management of legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct thorough title searches and property investigations.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and schedule property settlements and completions.
- Maintain accurate and organised case files and records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide updates on the progress of their transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in a conveyancing assistant or conveyancing role.
- Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and conveyancing software.
