Are you seeking a great opportunity within Patent Support? We are working with a highly reputable law firm, who are seeking an IP Records / Renewals Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need over a years’ experience working within a busy patent records or renewals department. The CIPA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong deadline management skills and good attention to detail.

Within this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of paralegal administration tasks including:

  • Processing official communications.
  • Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs.
  • Generating reports as required.
  • Managing deadlines.
  • Updating the IP management database, ensuring all relevant information is added.
  • Arranging payment of IP renewals.
  • Generally carrying out IP formalities processes.
