We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for passionate Legal graduates looking to kickstart their career with a firm that blends traditional litigation with legal tech.

This varied role offers a unique opportunity to engage with both high-net-worth international divorce cases and high-volume, streamlined divorce cases. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in client interactions, and can manage casework efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist with complex financial remedy cases, preparing court submissions, correspondence, and case files.
  • Liaise with London-based counsel, clients, and international legal teams.
  • Handle confidential financial and corporate documentation related to international assets.
  • Track court deadlines, ensuring efficient case management and coordination.
  • Manage client onboarding, handling high-profile individuals with discretion.
  • Guide clients through the structured operational funnel, ensuring they complete financial disclosure accurately.
  • Manage the briefing process for judges, ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver an opinion.
  • Prepare the final report summarising judicial opinions to divorcing couples in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Handle case volume efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow within the 12-week process.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to client queries with professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in family law; legal training is not essential but beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, capable of managing both high-net-worth litigation and structured, high-volume casework.
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with judges, barristers, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative legal environment.
  • Experience in a legal, administrative, or client management role is preferred.
