It is with delight that we are once again, due to promotion and expansion, to be recruiting for a conveyancer, conveyancing Paralegal and assistant for one of York’s most prestigious firms’.

We are seeking a conveyancer with experience, and or a law graduate/paralegal to join a thriving department offering superb prospects and development opportunities.

Not only will he/she receive further training (if required) but will enjoy a hugely competitive salary, yearly bonus, private health care and free parking.

As a paralegal - you will support your fee earner with everyday conveyancing tasks, from liaising with clients, opening files, dealing with developers and so much more. You will gain further experience and training with the hope of handling your own files in the future.

Your hours are full time, Monday to Friday. No weekends.

Salary - depending upon your level of experience - for a conveyancer - c£30-35k. Paralegal £23-26k

Essential requirements - must live locally to York. As a conveyancer - to be able to handle your own files unassisted. As a paralegal - either have conveyancing experience or a law degree.
