Our client is seeking an experienced legal assistant to work within their commercial/residential property dept.

You will join a super friendly firm and assist a senior fee earner within their property team.

Your duties will include

Typing of correspondence, file notes, forms, letters

Liaising with clients face to face, via email and telephone

completing and submitting forms to land registry

Completing searches

Drafting basic documents

Dealing with administration tasks such as filing

Preparing post and DX

Essential requirements - substantial legal experience or a law degree

Hours are full time Monday to Friday

Salary is c£23k
