A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial office contract in York.  

The Role

As the Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment.
  • General maintenance duties as and when required – pumps, hot water pipes, FCU’s AHU’s, VRV’s ect.
  • Working Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week.
  • 1 in 4 Call Out - paid at £100 standby.
  • Overtime is available.  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • You will hold a relevant qualification in either Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering. 
  • UK Full Valid Driving License.
