- Working with the teams to ensure stock levels are within budget and decide on production priorities when there are issues.
- Creating long-term supply plans across multiple factories and a 3PL, using tools to match demand with supply.
- Plan for new products and manage the removal of old products to avoid waste.
- Help decide the most strategic steps forwards to maintain stock levels and ensure orders are running as streamline as possibleÂ
