We are looking for anMechanical Maintenance Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMechanical Maintenance Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMechanical Maintenance Engineer,will be responsible for:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Ensure that SHE standards are maintained and will liaise with engineers and subcontractors.
A proactive approach to client liaison is essential, ensuring that concerns are addressed or relayed to management as necessary.
The role requires compliance with and enforcement of existing business risk management procedures for maintenance and project works.
You will need to understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
Additionally, you will investigate and report in detail on infrastructure shortfalls, problems, and incidents, recommending options for remedial actions.
Coordination of connections to existing plant/systems and effective use and maintenance of O&M Manuals and quality procedures are also key responsibilities.
The position requires availability for scheduled and unplanned weekend working.
Compliance with company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and localised fire regulation procedures is mandatory.

To be successful for thisMechanical Maintenance Engineer role you must have:

Apprenticeship or equivalent, IOSH or equivalent, C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Parts 1, 2, and 3
NVQ with multi-skilled engineering Level 3, C&G 2079 F Gas or equivalent, HVAC or gas equivalent, or C&G 2391/2 18th edition IEE regulations.
Candidates must have previous relevant experience in providing electrical maintenance services in a large, complex environment.
Basic to intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with some experience in updating records, are essential.
