Role Responsibilities- Answering telephone calls promptly, taking clear and accurate messages
- Greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they feel welcome, including offering refreshments
- Preparing the office for internal and external meetings, ensuring it is well-presented and ready
- Managing kitchen and office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked
- Assisting with document production, e-filing, photocopying, scanning, and other admin tasks
- Organising couriers, sending letters, and handling post
- Supporting the smooth and safe running of the office, including health and safety tasks
- Option to receive fire warden and first aider training
