- Conducting all duties utilising various bespoke internal systems.
- Providing adhoc support to all other areas of the business.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive office culture in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Serving as a positive ambassador for the business, fostering a positive brand image through interactions with all parties.
- Previous experience working within an office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering 5* customer service.
- Ability to handle a variety of duties with the same level of application and accuracy.
- Possess a keen interest in learning new skills and a committed and flexible work approach to support the business throughout peak season.
- Proficient IT skills with ability to use different software / applications.
