If so, we have the opportunity that you’re looking for! Impression Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a fast-growing business based in Tockwith in their search for an Office & Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team. In order to be a great fit, you’ll be a confident and personable individual, committed to always delivering an outstanding customer experience, and you’ll possess the ability to pivot and assist in other areas of the business as required. Your duties as Office & Customer Experience Coordinator will be:
  • Building strong customer relationships and exceeding customer expectations by providing timely and effective support via email and telephone.
  • Confidently sourcing solutions to any queries / problems that may arise from both an internal and external perspective.
  • Providing HR administrative support, including tasks related to recruitment, onboarding of new staff and payroll.
  • Supporting Finance with data entry and following up on missing information for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Assisting Operations with both coordination and administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinating any company travel expectations throughout the UK.
  • Conducting all duties utilising various bespoke internal systems.
  • Providing adhoc support to all other areas of the business.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive office culture in collaboration with the Office Manager.
  • Serving as a positive ambassador for the business, fostering a positive brand image through interactions with all parties.
Key skills / qualities in order to be successful:
  • Previous experience working within an office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering 5* customer service.
  • Ability to handle a variety of duties with the same level of application and accuracy.
  • Possess a keen interest in learning new skills and a committed and flexible work approach to support the business throughout peak season.
  • Proficient IT skills with ability to use different software / applications.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
In return as Office & Customer Experience Coordinator, you can expect to receive a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, working 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday in the office.
