Head of Production & Manufacturing £90K - £115K + Package YorkshireWe are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Production & Manufacturing to take the lead at one of the UK's most innovative engineering companies. This is a unique opportunity to drive excellence across the entire production process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, meet the highest standards of quality, and are produced with safety and efficiency in mind. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have the responsibility to ensure that all production and manufacturing operations run smoothly and effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver the production plan, ensuring operations run safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at local and international levels.
  • Track progress using KPIs and dashboards to ensure a project's success.
  • Collaborate with the site management team and wider global support network.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a safety-first manufacturing environment, ideally within a complex industry.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver projects that meet customer requirements.
  • Relevant engineering, leadership, or business qualification, or equivalent practical experience in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing or contributing to projects, programs, or start-up environments.
