Mechanical Site Manager
Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services recuitment agency serving th Yorkshire and North Western market. Our Client, a major Yorkshire based MEP contractor has engaged us to asssit them with the recruitment of an experienced Mechanical Site Manager.
As a proven building services professional you will work from thir Yorkshire based sites in order to drive forward the successful completion of their large scale (multi million) projects on time, within budget and to demanding levels of customer service.
You will be responsible for the day to day mangement of sites. From managing mechanical trades and subcontractors to Client liasons, you will be involved in all aspects of project delivery. Reporting into an office based Contract Manager, you will join the business as a key member of the team.
We are looking for a proven mechanical (HVAC - building services) professional for this role. You will likely be a time served mechanical tradesperson who has risen to management. You will have gained your experience within a building services contractor and be familar delivering large scale (multi million), high profile projects.
