Operational Manager opportunity working on a huge Retail Scheme in York with an approx. value of 350m.
About the role of Operations Manager
This opportunity as an Operations manager with a Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting into a operations Director but being Number one lead on sites, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

- Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
Requirements for Operations Manager.
- Proven Track record as a Operations manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Retail and leisure developments.
- Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
- Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
- CSCS Black
- NVQ level 7
- Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
