Senior Operations Manager

Ideally with a background in engineering environments and a strong people manager, this person will play an important part in helping this business develop further and meet their growth plans.

What will the role involve?

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Operations function.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain adherence to the Operations budget.
  • Manage Operations budgets, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Lead the service delivery team by managing conflicts, resolving technical issues, and ensuring efficient execution of team processes and tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance processes and procedures.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency improvements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team to meet the evolving needs of the business through strategic hiring, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in Engineering/Manufacturing environments is ideal,

  • Experience of implementing and developing KPI's,
