CONTENT & OUTREACH STRATEGIST
We are currently recruiting for a Content & Outreach Strategist for our client based just outside of York. Our client is a well-established and award winning business and are a little bit different in what they offer their customers, and this makes them stand out from a crowded market.
They are expanding their marketing team and are hoping to welcome a creative yet analytical person who can work with the SEO team to ensure content is planned and created with driving the business forward in mind. Could this be you?

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
- Salary of £30,000 per annum
- Remote working is available however you must be able to go into the office once per month (Postcode YO26)

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CONTENT & OUTREACH STRATEGISTS' DAY
- Working with the SEO Team to develop and deliver the online content strategy for the business
- The delivery of the link acquisition strategy, building high-quality, relevant links to the website through outreach.
- Providing SEO support to the business as and when required, including the use of GA4 for data insights into performance.
- Producing an engaging content plan throughout the year
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
- Working alongside the wider team to identify opportunities for PR outreach and producing quality content for this
- Creating content brief for the inhouse Copywriter
- Supporting the Copywriter when required
- Assisting the SEO Team with content audits
- Providing performance reports to the wider team
- And much, much more!
Does this sound like a good fit for you? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:
- At least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent link building experience.
- Experience of using AHREFS, Semrush, Majestic or similar tools
- Experience of using WordPress or similar
- Understanding of best practice in SEO for content production.
- Be a creative thinker and be able to think outside of the box
- Excellent grammar and spelling are essential
- Have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple campaigns working to deadlines.
