Duties and responsibilities
- Supporting KRA/KPIs as determined each year in the Society business objectives
- Driving lead generation and high-quality traffic towards acquisition channels from social media
- Brand awareness & consideration
- B2C sales
- B2B leads
- Media & brand reputation
- Review ratings
- Complete, capture and self-monitor a minimum of 15 hours per annum of continuing professional development
- Cost per acquisition, cost per lead
- Budget management
- Audit, Risk and Regulatory Compliance incl. DP, FCA, TCF
- Driving brand awareness through achieving expected social media outcomes, reaching relevant target audiences
- Improving existing customer/member engagement with the brand on social channels
- Working with stakeholders and senior colleagues to utilise social media in growing employer brand and reputation
You will have:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong and demonstrable written English and communications skills
- Good critical analysis skills, demonstrable through experience and/or education
- Experience of delivering marketing activity with strong measurable outcomes
- Experience in managing social media channels, including targeting and paid spend
- Experience in curating effective content for chosen target audiences
- Monitoring campaign performance, reporting effectively, providing analysis and recommendations
- Good diplomacy, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in running end-to-end campaigns, often several concurrently
- Can meet deadlines effectively and problem-solve where needed to ensure objectives are not missed
