An impactful business within the educational industry is looking for a Context Executive to join their established marketing department, with a focus on video and multi-media content.

Part of your role will be enhancing an impactful community, with thriving and engaged members. This includes being responsible for crafting a variety of content pieces, managing an online community hub and producing videos for multi-media channels. The other part of this role includes providing video content support across the wider business, involved closely with other projects.

This is an initial 18-month fixed term contract, as you work on a specific high-profile project, with the opportunity to go permanent.

About You:

  • 2+ years previous content creation experience, including video, multi-media and written content.
  • A specialist in videography and producing video content.
  • Experience in a STEM-focussed field / STEM-focussed qualification, is desired but not essential.
  • A confident communicator, who is able to craft content designed to engage audiences and generate conversation.
  • Online community management is desired, but not essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Producing carefully crafted content, including written, visual and video, which is designed to engage an online community and create conversation.
  • Working across the wider-business to achieve videography and visual content needs.
  • Day-to-day management of online community hub.
  • Identifying storytelling and partnership opportunities to produce content.
  • Monitoring community engagement metrics and analytics, using this to improve future communications.

Where You'll Be Based:

Your office will be based in York. The office has on-site parking and great public transport links.

This is a hybrid role, but attending the office is required on a regular basis. You must be located within a commutable distance of York. This role can also be worked on a Part-Time basis, anything from 0.6 FTE to Full-Time will be considered.
