HVAC Project Manager Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary: 50,000 DOE
- Company Vehicle & Fuel Card provided
- 28 days annual leave (including 8 days bank holiday)
- Additional 1 day's paid holiday for your birthday

HVAC Project Manager required for our client. Our client, who designs, supplies, installs, tests, commissions, and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems across a wide variety of sectors, is currently looking for a new HVAC Project Manager to join their team. Ideally, the HVAC Project Manager will be based in or around West Yorkshire and will be happy to travel to different sites across the country when required.
The HVAC Project Manager will be managing projects, including site visits, surveys, designs, estimations and quotations, negotiations, purchasing materials, supervising labor, and commissioning. They will also ensure that the project is delivered within budget and on time.
The HVAC Project Manager will have experience delivering Ventilation & Air Conditioning Projects and will be experienced in managing AHU, Ductwork, VRV, VRF & Split installations. This position involves managing projects on a national scale; travel throughout the UK should be expected.
HVAC Project Manager Position Requirements
- Ability to coordinate & supervise projects on-site, including engineers, apprentices & subcontractors.
- Live within a commutable distance of West Yorkshire
- Flexible to travel throughout the U.K.
- Full UK Driving Licence
