Our client, operating in the law enforcement sector, is seeking a Service Architect for a 12-month contract role that is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to London, Birmingham, and Bristol.
The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive salary, although the specific figure is not mentioned.
Candidates should possess Security Clearance or DV Clearance, along with strong ITIL experience, and the ability to write service definitions.
Experience in contract/supply management, service transitions, and continuous service improvement is essential, while familiarity with security and SOC is a plus.

Our client work in the law enforcement space and are currently working on a managed service roll out and service transition. They are looking for a Service Architect to join the team and really impact the roll out, continuous service improvement and service transition. The role is for a 12 month contract, Outside IR35, they expect it to be 80% remote with occasional trips to London, Birmingham and Bristol.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

Security Clearance or DV Clearance (the client will then put you through enhanced clearance)
Good experience with ITIL (3 or 4)
Be able to write service definitions
Experience in contract/supply management
Experience on service transitions and on continuous service improvement.
Any experience around security & SOC is helpful but not essential.
Beyond that, they need somebody with a pragmatic attitude!
