Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our industry leading manufacturing client with their search for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician.

Key Duties:
- Execute maintenance duties as directed by Maintenance Manager/Lead Engineers.
- Follow maintenance schedules as outlined.
- Inspect and verify status of employer assets.
- Make mechanical repairs and adjustments as required.
- Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs.
- Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Installation work.
- Must be happy to work day shift Monday-Friday, working 8 hour shifts. Also a requirement to work a 6am-6pm day shift once per week depending on business needs/projects etc.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Apprentice trained, mechanical HNC qualification preferred.
- Significant maintenance knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Knowledge of systems to be maintained.
- Ability to work alone or part of a team.
The Package:
- £41,500 per annum + OT.
- Day shift role Monday-Friday, working 8 hour shifts. Requirement to work a 6-6 day shift once a week.

- 22 days holiday + bank holidays. +1 extra day after 5 years service.
