THE JOB ROLE ** MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR **

  • Main point of contact to respond to enquires
  • Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
  • Maintain and update the membership records
  • Provide membership reporting data for CEO and relevant departments
  • Membership administration
  • Process member renewals and payments including Direct Debits
  • Investigate into membership queries
  • Support on project work as and when required
  • Provide administrative/PA support to the Head of Membership when required
  • Arranging meetings, diary management and travel booking
  • Note taking and distributing minutes
  • Prepare materials and resources required for events

THE IDEAL PERSON
