Distribution Planner/AdministratorOverview

We are seeking a Distribution Planner/ Administrator to join our vibrant and driven team. As the UK’s leading supplier within our field we take pride in our professionalism, reliability, and integrity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and organizing deliveries across the UK for our full range of products and services

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and organization of deliveries across the whole of the UK
  • Planning effective routes
  • Work as part of a small team to ensure efficient distribution
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail in a busy environment
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Utilize computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills for operational tasks
  • Updating customers on deliveries, delays
Qualifications
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Previous experience in a distribution environment is preferable but not essential
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced office environment dealing with clients. suppliers, customers is essential
  • Own vehicle required due to the location
