  • Implement and lead the organisation’s people strategy and policies across your designated regions.
  • Partner closely with managers and directors to forecast and address people management needs through customised plans.
  • Utilise HR data and analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvement in HR and business outcomes.
  • Influence and engage with teams to foster a culture of commercial thinking and compliance.
  • Work in partnership with Learning and OD managers to facilitate impactful change management initiatives.
  • Champion engagement, equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing at a local level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify people management needs such as resource planning, retention strategies, and absence management.
  • Drive the implementation of people strategies locally, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of organisation-wide initiatives like performance management, leadership development, and culture change.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to senior teams, challenging norms and driving organisational effectiveness.
  • Manage service relationships between operations and transactional teams, promoting the adoption of people policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR or People Management, particularly in a business partnering role.
  • Strong understanding of HR data analytics and its application in strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, such as CIPD, are highly desirable.
