Admin / Administrator
Location: York Holgate
Contract: 6 Months rolling
Rate: GBP £15/hr PAYE or £18/hr UMB
IR35 Determination: inside
Our major rail client is looking for an administrator to join their York team on a long-term contract basis. As an Administrator, you will be collating data for data entry, creation of timesheets, raising orders and aiding the senior staff with business requirements.
Experience
Previous Administration experience in rail or construction preferable
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Good organisation skills
Key Accountabilities and objectives
1.Accurately update systems, databases and records as required including opening/closing works orders where directed.
2.Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process.
3.Set up and maintain efficient filing systems for the Section(s) paying particular attention to confidentiality where necessary and also those documents deemed to be safety critical.
4.Undertake general office administration duties for the Signalling Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support.
5.Provide support and assistance to the signalling department as directed.
