Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Administrator to join a great team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring effective communication and coordination with various departments, and maintaining a high standard of customer excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary office contact for the team, providing administrative support and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and communications, including managing logistics and resources.
  • Update and maintain guidelines, manuals, and documents on the Management Information System.
  • Provide support with the allocation of Meet and Greets at departure locations and assist with the production of reports.
  • Support other areas of the Operations Team with a flexible approach to work activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven administration experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Professional and clear telephone manner
