- To liaise with the client regularly to update them on the progress of their post completion application
- To liaise with mortgage lenders, help to buy agents and third parties to update them on any post completion steps
- To response in an appropriate manner to client instructions
- Manage a post completions team and provide support in the team reaching their performance targets
- Identify and try and resolve any minor client complaints post completion
- Provide post completion technical guidance to the team
- Monthly review meetings with the team to assess the efficiencies and needs of the department Assist the Conveyancing Director in completing team appraisals
- Assist with holiday/sickness cover as and when necessary
- To participate in training sessions regularly
- To keep informed and updated on conveyancing developments that affect the post completions department
- To participate in the business of the firm in such a manner so as to develop your own knowledge and skills
- To contribute to the development of the business, office systems and the organisation of the department
- Other tasks as from time to time delegated by the Directors.
