Were looking for an Office Coordinator to support all office management activities, we offer a great opportunity for a dynamic, team focused office professional to join our company.

As the only non-sales professional in the company this is an important role to support the Managing Director and sales team with a wide variety of sales support and administration duties.


Candidate Requirements

Youll have a minimum of 6 months administration or customer service experience and will have experience of working in a professional office environment with a suitable telephone manner.

You will have also worked in a continuously changing role, with the ability to plan and reprioritise workload.

To be successful youll be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service internally and externally
  • High levels of attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • Positive approach to work, 'Can do' attitude, desire to learn
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly IT literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRMs, etc.)


The Job

Youll support the Managing Director and sales team with all non-sales office management activities, heres what youll be doing

  • Manage social media and company website activities
  • Manage company database cleansing activities
  • Support Consultants with recruitment administration activities
  • Manage company invoicing and credit control activities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and manage the company email inbox
  • First point of contact for all customer, supplier and facilities queries
  • Manage various administration and marketing projects
