Office ManagerOverview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join a successful team. This is a full-time remote position with the option to work from our York office as desired. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the back-office team, ensuring smooth sales deliveries process, and liaising with logistics partners to optimise operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellent people management skills
  • Manage and improve core operational processes
  • Utilize the ERP and CRM system to maximise customer experience and company efficiency
  • Accurately record financial transactions and resolve customer queries
  • Support the customer service team with troubleshooting and first-time issue resolution
  • Organize key meetings and administration duties as required
  • Produce reports and management information for the company's directors
  • Organise induction programs for new employees
  • Manage quality and health and safety policies and procedures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a one-team attitude
Qualifications
  • Proven capability of managing a remote team and core processes
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Excellent customer service ethos and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong decision-making skills and a can-do attitude
