Medacs Healthcare, a leader in Health Assessment Services is seeking a Service Delivery Manager on a 15 month fixed term contract basis to be responsible for assisting with the day to day operational delivery of the PIP contract.

You will be working from our York offices incorporating travel to additional Medacs sites in Yorkshire when required. Although rare, travel may also be required in Northeast England to accommodate holiday or absence during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Yorkshire Regional Operations Manager to uphold a solution focused approach to any issues identified to ensure that the services provided meet requirements
  • Oversee and support with the delivery of services, coordinating the efforts of different teams, including operations, clinical, training and HR, to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager(s), Academy Manager and Clinical Delivery Manager to ensure resource is appropriately managed and distributed
  • Work in partnership with the clients Operational Support and Operational Delivery team members, responding to any queries promptly and accurately
  • Attend service delivery meetings
  • Planning and Productivity management, including service volumes and resource allocation
  • Continually review service delivery to identify any issues, making recommendations and implementing all approved actions
  • Escalate, track and take ownership of any issues impacting on the day-to-day service delivery
  • Attend internal meetings to support in the presentation and discussion of performance, operational matters, personnel overview and business risks
  • Ensure that all assessment centres located in your region are contractually compliant
  • Deputise for the Yorkshire Regional Operations Manager where required, including the preparation and attendance of internal and external meetings
  • Assist with team training
