This role involves working with a leading courier service to support them with their administrative duties.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and signing in of visitors and contractors to site.
  • Answering incoming Customer service queries via electronic systems and correspondence from internal stake holders.
  • Some out bound telephone work responding to customer enquiries.
  • Some management of held parcels and some operational admin work as required.
Experience Required:
  • Dealing with customers either on the telephone or in person.
  • General administration.
  • Use of systems such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
Key Behaviours:
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new processes.
  • Highly organised and reliable.
