Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the New Home Sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Manage and update sales documentation and customer records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, within a sales environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
