About the opportunity

HRGO are seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client in York, to take ownership of payroll queries and updates for their employees. In this role, you will oversee all payroll activities, working closely with the HR team and ensuring that their outsourced provider delivers efficient, high-quality payroll services. You will be responsible for reviewing payroll processes, including data posting into the system, and resolving any issues to ensure smooth operations.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience working with an outsourced payroll service provider, such as ADP or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Part or fully qualified in payroll administration, with a commitment to continuing professional development.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our York office.
