- Registered with the GPhC or be provisionally registered
- Have a passion for delivering an excellent patient service
- Have good knowledge of community pharmacy operations and provision of both local and national pharmacy services
- Confident in building on existing relationships with local GP practices, care & nursing homes, and other care providers
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and confident in managing and leading a team, encouraging their development and career progression
- Have a great rapport with patients and be able to make them feel comfortable using the pharmacy services
- Be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player
- Promote and develop advance pharmacy services, helping the team to meet their targets
