About our opportunity

As a Complaints and Compliance Officer you will provide pro-active complaints case management and administrative support to our clients, our therapists and all stakeholders across Onebright services. You will need to support the Group Compliance Manager with DSAR and Data Events, incident and breach management as well as be able to respond with detailed and regular reporting to support to all stakeholders involved. 

What we need from you

You will need to ideally have previously worked within an FCA regulated environment, to fully understand the requirements of a complaints and compliance role at this level, with at least 1 years experience. To achieve success in this role you will have knowledge of multi-system use managing different technology platforms and packages and be able to demonstrate exceptional administration and customer service principals when managing cases inside our CRM system.
