NJR are currently working with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory firm based on the outskirts of York who are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their ambitious, expanding and technically astute team.

The main purpose of your role will be to provide full admin support to the Compliance manager, whilst ensuring that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Checking files are compliant
  • Keeping up with FCA changes
  • Providing feedback to IFAs
  • Working closely with the compliance manager
  • General office admin tasks such as scanning and filing

What we need from you?

  • Previous experience working in financial planning with a good knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Those working wards Level 4 qualifications will be of most interest.
  • You will have excellent Microsoft and Excel skills
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to potentially support Advisers based in London on a regular basis
