Description
- Leadership of the H&S and Compliance for the organisation
- Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
- Line management of Compliance Manager and H&S Manager
- Maintain reporting mechanisms and systems (including reporting and monitoring and for Health and Safety and Compliance
- Engaging and supporting key colleagues and stakeholders
- Compliance Framework detailing all legislative and regulatory responsibilities for the organisation.
- A clear and effective plan for the mitigation of all related risks
Profile
- Fully qualified membership of IOSH
- Proven track record operating in the housing or care sector
- Highly developed abilities in the management if risk and development of corporate, long-term solutions and governance structures
- A proven track record of delivering significant improvement in health and safety practices
- Proven leadership and team building skills with an inclusive, collaborative style.
- Customer-focused and committed to providing a high-quality service.
