As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support the classroom teacher in providing a positive and effective learning environment for students. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience in the classroom. You will assist with lesson preparation, student engagement, classroom management, and individualised support for students under the guidance of the lead teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities.

- Support students during lessons by helping with assignments, activities, and group work.

- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may need additional assistance.

- Supervise students during breaktime, lunch, and other activities.

- Help maintain classroom organisation, including setting up learning materials and ensuring supplies are stocked.

- Assist with marking andevaluating student work when needed.

- Monitor student behavior and help enforce classroom rules in a positive manner.

- Communicate effectively with students and school staff.
