Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear development requirements and specifications.
Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building solutions that meet business objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, refinement, estimation meetings, and progress updates.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and optimised for delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, map user journeys, and document requirements.
Play a key role in testing new development items, bug fixes, and supporting triage of live system issues.

The Candidate:

Strong experience as a Product Owner, ideally with exposure to business analysis best practices.
A proven track record of working in Agile IT teams, delivering iterative development and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify problems and deliver creative solutions.
Familiarity with tools like Jira for backlog management and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including AWS and Azure, and experience with projects involving server and networking changes.
